I finished my photo editing class on Skillshare. It’s a good way to spend time while traveling abroad full time. I decided to edit a photo of Gaby and Holly. Check out the before and after! Note that these photos were all taken with my iPhone. There are a few places where I could have done a better job softening lines, but overall I’m pretty happy and learned a lot.
And here’s my landscape:

On an unrelated note, here are some good reads for the day:
- High achievers have lots of play time (Penelope Trunk)
- Amazon Taps Post Office for Sunday Deliveries; A Win-Win? (NPR)
- The Perils of Plans: Why Creativity Requires Leaping Into the Unknown (Brain Pickings)
- Get your kicks: Why do adolescents take crazy risks? (Aeon Magazine) <– This one was my favorite
- The Sex Toys in the Attic (The New York Times)
Nice work!! Now you’re going to become neurotic and never post a photo again without touching it up a bit first
Thanks! Haha, I know — I’m already thinking about going back and editing every photo on this blog. But I won’t. Because that’s just crazy.
