How does one lure a dog into a small, dark space? Lots and lots of treats. We read articles about how to acclimate your dog to a travel carrier, so we bought it a few months ago and took her on some road trips to get used to just being in it. (And to trust that we’ll eventually let her out!) The latest is putting her in and getting her used to bouncing around while we carry it. What a trooper!
